Peter Hylander Collier
Peter was born and raised locally, loves the area, and enjoys sharing his knowledge of its communities.
He puts clients first and strives to provide the best possible customer service. Peter is a prompt and
honest communicator, easy to reach, and someone who approaches life with genuine gratitude and
excitement. He makes it a point to ensure clients have the critical information they need to make the
best decision. Peter also works professionally with the Schoodic Institute at Acadia National Park,
and is a member supporter of several nonprofits including Rotary International. He is a graduate of
George Stevens Academy in Blue Hill and has an English degree from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio. As a
young adult he worked on organic farms in Maine and professionally developed urban community gardens for
the City of Oakland, California. Peter was a federal employee with the Presidio Trust in San Francisco
before returning home to raise his family in 2015. In 2018 he completed Maine Development Foundation's
yearlong "Leadership Maine" Program. Passions outside of real estate and community service include quality
time with friends and family, baseball, and golf.
